Previously, I worked at Insider, a SaaS MarTech unicorn🦄. Before that, I was a research assistant at Middle East Technical University (METU) and also a research fellow at METU BILTIR UTEST Product Usability Unit. I also founded Petware, a startup dedicated to developing health-monitoring technology for cats and dogs 🐶 😺
Earlier in my career, I worked at a design agency, providing product design and research consultancy to tech companies. With over 10 years of experience, I’ve worked across in-house and consultancy roles, focusing on user research and product design for B2B and B2C SaaS products, as well as digital and physical solutions. I hold a PhD and a Master’s degree in industrial design with a specialization in HCI and user-centered design.
